Hypnotherapy is a completely natural way to combat many emotional, psychological and physical problems.

Many people, influenced by stage hypnotists and misinformation in the media, fear loss of control while in the hypnotic state. Nothing could be further from the truth:

to end a session the client need only open his/her eyes.

Neither are darkest secrets revealed to the therapist - unless the client wants to.

It's difficult to describe the feeling of peace, calm and complete relaxation which occurs during a session. It really has to be experienced. 

A lot of my work is with anxiety problems, phobias and panic attacks although hypnotherapy is extremely useful in dealing with many conditions and emotions.

You and I will work together as a team, soothing away distress, boosting your confidence and increasing your motivation.

Please allow up to two hours for the first appointment so that we can have a good chat and get to know one another.

Hypno-Birth

This is a series of treatments for the mum-to-be to prepare her for a calm relaxed birth, giving her as much control as possible. Sessions are either individual or take the form of a weekly group.

Fees

Per session (approx 1 1/2 hours)       £70

The first session includes the consultation and may last up to 2 hours.
