Sheila Peaston has worked as a registered and insured complementary therapist for over eleven years. She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist, Meridian Energy Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner. Other qualifications held are On-Site Massage, Thermo-auricular Therapy and a C.O.S.C.A certificate in Counselling.

Sheila is a Midlothian Community Learning tutor, running courses in stress management, relaxation and women's health.  She is also a co-presenter for Pink Ladies (a support group for women of all ages)
